This Privacy Policy explains what kind of information Ngoc("We", "Us") collect, use, share and the security of your information in relation to our mobile applications (“Applications” or “Apps”) and mobile services (“Services”).

BY INSTALLING THE APPS ON YOUR MOBILE DEVICE OR ANY OTHER YOUR DEVICE, ENTERING INTO, CONNECTING TO, ACCESSING AND/OR USING THE APPS, YOU AGREE TO THE TERMS AND CONDITIONS SET FORTH IN THIS PRIVACY POLICY, INCLUDING TO THE POSSIBLE COLLECTION AND PROCESSING OF YOUR INFORMATION AND YOU ARE CONSENTING TO THE USE OF COOKIES AND OTHER TRACKING TECHNOLOGIES ON YOUR DEVICE. PLEASE NOTE: IF YOU OR, AS APPLICABLE, YOUR LEGAL GUARDIAN, DISAGREE TO ANY TERM PROVIDED HEREIN, YOU MAY NOT INSTALL, ACCESS AND/OR USE, CONNECT TO THE APPS AND YOU ARE REQUESTED TO PROMPTLY ERASE/DELETE THEM, AND ANY PART OF THE APP S THEREOF, FROM YOUR MOBILE DEVICE.

What kind of information we collect

Our main purpose in collecting information is to provide you best user experiences.

1. Personal Information 

We do NOT collect any Personal Information about you. "Personal Information" means personally identifiable information, such as your name, physical address, email address, contact entries, files, photos..

2. Non-Personal Information

We collect non-personal information about the way you use of our Apps and aggregated information regarding the usages of the Apps. "Non-Personal Information" such as your mobile devices unique device ID, the type of mobile device you use, the IP address of your mobile device, your mobile operating system, and information about the way you use our applications.

We do NOT collect and use your Personal Information in any way.

2. Non-personal Information.

Generally non-personal information is used internally to monitor and improve quality of the Apps and/or the Services, to make the analyses of the behavior of our users, to measure demographics of users and interests of users, to explain our services to third parties such as advertisers and to analyze how and where best to use our resources. We do not combine Non-Personal Information with Personal Information.

How we share the information we collect

1. Personal Information. 

Because we do not collect Personal Information, we may not use your Personal Information in any way.

2. Non-personal information. 

We use and accept advertisements from Third Parties ad networks which may be displayed in our Apps. We may share certain information with third-party advertisers, ad networks and ad platforms ("Advertising Entities") to develop and deliver targeted advertising in the Apps. We may also allow Advertising Entities to collect non-personal information within the Services which they may share with Us, including your device identifier, device type, device brand, device model, network type, device language, and IP address. Advertising entities may also collect non-personal information related to the performance of the advertisements, such as how many times an advertisement is shown, how long an advertisement is viewed, and any click-through of an advertisement.

Our Apps may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. Our app may also have functions to support you to add the link to other website or online services. Our main purpose to add these kind of function to support you more easily when you need to access to your favorite websites. If you choose to add any link to other website or online service, or if you choose to click through to one of these other websites or online services, please note that any information you may provide will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that websites or service, and not to this Privacy Policy. We do not control third-party websites or services, and the fact that a link to such a website or service appears in the Apps does not mean that we endorse them or have approved their policies or practices relating to user information.

You agree that we will have no liability for any matters relating to a third-party website or service that you provide information to, including their collection and handling of that information.

Compliance with laws and law enforcement

We reserves the right to share your information with third parties if we believe such action is necessary in order to: (1) conform with the requirements of the law or to comply with legal process served upon us; (2) protect or defend our legal rights or property (3) investigate, prevent or take action regarding illegal activities, suspected fraud, situations involving potential threats to the physical safety of any person or violations of the terms and conditions of using our Apps and Services; (4) improve our service or application.

This Privacy Policy may be updated at any time for any reason. We will inform you about any changes to our Privacy Policy by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

1. INTRODUCTION: Welcome to our application (the “App“).

If you do not agree with any term or any condition in these Terms and conditions, you should stop using the App immediately.

 2. GENERAL RULES: The App is made available for your personal use. The App must not be used for any commercial purpose whatsoever or for any illegal or unauthorized purpose. When you use the App you must comply with all applicable Vietnamese laws and with any applicable international laws, including the local laws in your country of residence (together referred to as “Applicable Laws”).

 You agree that when using the App you will comply with all Applicable Laws and these Terms. In particular, but without limitation, you agree not to:

(a) Modify, adapt, translate or reverse engineer any part of the App.

(b) Use the App in any unlawful manner or in a manner which promotes or encourages illegal activity including (without limitation) copyright infringement; or

(c) Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the App or any networks, servers or computer systems connected to the App;

CONTENT: The copyright in all material contained on, in, or available through the App including all information, data, text, music, sound, photographs, graphics and video messages, the selection and arrangement thereof, and all source code, software compilations and other material (“Material“) is owned by or licensed to We or its related parties. All rights are reserved. You can view, print or download extracts of the Material for your own personal use but you cannot otherwise copy, edit, vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit, disseminate in any form whatsoever or use the Material without our express permission.

The trademarks, service marks, and logos (“Trade Marks“) contained on or in the App are owned by Us. You cannot use, copy, edit, change/vary, reproduce, publish, display, distribute, store, transmit, commercially exploit or disseminate the Trade Marks without the prior written consent of Us or the relevant group company or the relevant third party partner of Us.

4. OUR WARRANTIES AND DISCLAIMERS

WE PROVIDE OUR APPLICATION AND/OR SERVICES USING OUR BEST KNOWLEDGE’S AND SKILL AND WE HOPE THAT YOU WILL ENJOY USING OUR APPS/SERVICES. BUT WE DON’T PROMISE ANYTHING ABOUT OUR APPS AND/OR SERVICES.

OTHER THAN AS EXPRESSLY SET OUT IN THESE TERMS OR ADDITIONAL TERMS, NEITHER US NOR ITS SUPPLIERS OR DISTRIBUTORS MAKE ANY SPECIFIC PROMISES ABOUT OUR APPS/SERVICES. FOR EXAMPLE, WE DON’T MAKE ANY COMMITMENTS ABOUT THE CONTENT WITHIN THE APPS/SERVICES, THE SPECIFIC FUNCTIONS OF THE APPS/SERVICES, OR THEIR RELIABILITY, AVAILABILITY, CORRECTNESS, OR ABILITY TO MEET YOUR NEEDS/EXPECTATIONS. USE OF THE APP IS AT YOUR OWN RISK, WE PROVIDE THE SERVICES “AS IS”.

5. LIABILITY FOR OUR SERVICES

WHEN PERMITTED BY LAW, WE, AND OUR SUPPLIERS, WILL NOT BE RESPONSIBLE FOR LOST PROFITS, REVENUES, OR DATA, FINANCIAL LOSSES OR INDIRECT, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES.

TO THE EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, THE TOTAL LIABILITY OF US, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, FOR ANY CLAIMS UNDER THESE TERMS, INCLUDING FOR ANY IMPLIED WARRANTIES, IS LIMITED TO THE AMOUNT YOU PAID US TO USE THE APPS/SERVICES (OR, IF WE CHOOSE, TO SUPPLYING YOU THE SERVICES AGAIN).

IN ALL CASES, WE, AND ITS SUPPLIERS AND DISTRIBUTORS, WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY LOSS OR DAMAGE THAT IS NOT REASONABLY FORESEEABLE.

6. SERVICE SUSPENSION: We reserves the right to suspend or stop providing any apps/services with or without notice by any reason, and we shall have no liability or responsibility to you in any manner in any way at any time.

7. ADVERTISERS IN THE APP: We accept for adverts contained within the App with no responsibility. If you agree to purchase goods and/or services and/or any thing from any third party who advertises in the App, you do so at your own risk. The advertiser, not We, is responsible for such goods and/or services and if you have any queries or complaints in relation to them, your only recourse is against the advertiser not Us.

8. LINKS TO THIRD-PARTY WEBSITES AND SERVICES

Our Apps may contain links to other websites and online services, including third-party advertisements. Our app may also have functions to support you to add the link to other website or online services. If you choose to add any link to other website or online service, or if you choose to click through to one of these other websites or online services, please note that any information you may provide will be subject to the privacy policy and other terms and conditions of that websites or service, and not to this Privacy Policy. 

We do not control third-party websites or services, and the fact that a link to such a website or service appears in the Apps does not mean that we endorse them or recommend or have approved their content or their policies or their practices relating to user information.

We reserves the right to update these Terms at any time by any reason. If we update these terms and conditions, the updated version will be effective immediately. We will always keep the latest version of these terms and conditions at this page, You are responsible for regularly reviewing these terms and conditions so that you are aware of any changes to them and if you continue to use the App after the updated terms and conditions, you are bound with these updated terms and conditions. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with Vietnamese law and you agree to submit to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Vietnamese Courts.

We welcome all your idea/feedback, and if you give/send to us any your proposal/idea/feedback. You agree that we can freely use them to improve our product/service without paying you anything.

- Ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích là ứng dụng di động tập hợp cũng như cho phép người sử dụng tạo danh bạ các trang tin tức hay tạo liên kết tới bất kỳ trang web nào trên internet. Khi sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích, đồng nghĩa Người sử dụng phải tuân thủ đúng và đầy đủ các Quy định mà ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích đưa ra.

- Ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích được bảo vệ bởi Luật Bản quyền, Luật Sở hữu trí tuệ và các văn bản pháp luật khác của nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam.

- Ngưởi sử dụng được phép:

·         Sử dụng miễn phí ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích

- Người sử dụng không được phép:

·         Có các hành động nhằm hạn chế hoặc cấm đoán bất kỳ Người sử dụng nào khác sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích

·         Sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích trái với pháp luật của nước Việt Nam hay các pháp luật của các nước trên thế giới.

- Bạn có thể sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích miễn phí, nhưng không được sử dụng cho mục đích thương mại. Ngoc có quyền giới hạn, thêm, bớt, thay đổi tính năng của ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích hoặc chấm dứt việc sử dụng miễn phí của bạn mà không cần báo trước vào bất kỳ thời điểm nào vì bất kỳ lý do gì.

2. Từ chối bảo đảm

- Ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích không quản lý, không giám sát với bất cứ website nào có liên kết trong ứng dụng và không chịu trách nhiệm đối với bất kỳ nội dung nào của các website liên kết đó, rủi ro từ việc sử dụng các website đó do tự Người sử dụng chịu trách nhiệm. Ngoc sẽ không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm nào phát sinh từ việc người sử dụng dùng sản phẩm hoặc dịch vụ được cung cấp bởi một bên thứ ba từ đường link trong ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích.

- Ngoc không chịu trách nhiệm về bất kỳ nội dung, thông tin của bất kỳ website nào mà Người sử dụng thêm vào trong ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích.

- Ứng dụng đọc báo Tùy Thích là ứng dụng cho phép người dùng có thể thêm/bớt đường dẫn đến các trang web bất kỳ trên internet, chúng tôi khuyến cáo người sử dụng tuân thủ các chính sách về quyền riêng tư hay các điều khoản sử dụng của các trang web mà người sử dụng thêm đường link vào ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích.

- Ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích là ứng dụng miễn phí và Ngoc sẽ không chịu bất cứ trách nhiệm hay hậu quả nào phát sinh từ việc người sử dụng sử dụng ứng dụng này.

- Ngoc không đưa ra cam đoan, bảo lãnh hoặc đảm bảo rằng:

(1) Ngoc sẽ đáp ứng yêu cầu của Người sử dụng

(2) việc sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích sẽ không bị gián đoạn, kịp thời, an toàn hoặc không có lỗi 

(3) mỗi phần của ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích không bị gián đoạn, không có lỗi, không có virus, đúng giờ, an toàn, chính xác, ổn định hay bất kỳ nội dung nào là an toàn

(4) kết quả có thể thu được từ việc sử dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích sẽ chính xác hoặc đáng tin cậy

(5) chất lượng của mọi sản phẩm, dịch vụ, thông tin hoặc tài liệu khác mà Người sử dụng có được thông qua ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích sẽ đáp ứng mong đợi.

3. Trách nhiệm

- ỨNG DỤNG ĐỌC BÁO TÙY THÍCH CÓ THỂ CÓ LỖI TRONG QUÁ TRÌNH SỬ DỤNG VÌ NHIỀU NGUYÊN NHÂN KHÁC NHAU, CÓ THỂ DO CÁC TÁC ĐỘNG CỦA HỆ ĐIỀU HÀNH, HAY DO CÁC PHẦN MỀM KHÁC CHẠY TRÊN CÙNG MỘT ĐIỆN THOẠI GÂY XUNG ĐỘT, HỎNG HÓC, HAY DO BẤT KỲ NGUYÊN NHÂN NÀO KHÁC. KHÔNG TRONG BẤT KỲ TRƯỜNG HỢP NÀO, NGƯỜI SỬ DỤNG ỨNG DỤNG ĐỌC BÁO TÙY THÍCH  ĐƯỢC YÊU CẦU BỒI THƯỜNG CÁC TỔN THẤT, THIỆT HẠI (TRỰC TIẾP, GIÁN TIẾP) GẶP PHẢI BAO GỒM VÀ KHÔNG GIỚI HẠN: MẤT MÁT DỮ LIỆU, SỰ SẴN SÀNG CỦA HỆ THỐNG, TIỀN, TINH THẦN, PHÁT SINH TỪ VIỆC SỬ DỤNG HOẶC KHÔNG THỂ SỬ DỤNG ỨNG DỤNG ĐỌC BÁO TÙY THÍCH. YÊU CẦU BỒI THƯỜNG ĐƯỢC LOẠI TRỪ TRONG MỌI TRƯỜNG HỢP. ĐIỀU KHOẢN NÀY LUÔN CÓ HIỆU LỰC, KỂ CẢ TRONG TRƯỜNG HỢP NGƯỜI SỬ DỤNG KHÔNG ĐỒNG Ý VỚI BẢN THỎA THUẬN NÀY.

4. Thông tin phản hồi

- Chúng tôi luôn đánh giá cao và luôn trân trọng những thông tin từ Người sử dụng và rất mong nhận được những ý kiến, góp ý liên quan đến sản phẩm, dịch vụ của chúng tôi. Mọi ý kiến đóng góp, thắc mắc… xin gửi tới địa chỉ email uniapp99@gmail.com.

- Người sử dụng đồng ý để chúng tôi tự do sử dụng, tiết lộ, áp dụng và sửa đổi bất kỳ ý tưởng, phương pháp, cách thức, đề xuất, gợi ý, bình luận hoặc hình thức thông báo nào khác mà Người sử dụng cung cấp cho Ngoc có liên quan tới ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích và/hoặc dịch vụ khác của Ngoc một cách hoàn toàn miễn phí. Người sử dụng đồng ý từ bỏ bất kỳ quyền và yêu cầu với bất kỳ khoản tiền thưởng, phí, nhuận bút, lệ phí và/hoặc các kiểu chi trả khác liên quan đến việc Ngoc sử dụng, tiết lộ, áp dụng, và/hoặc chỉnh sửa bất kỳ hoặc tất cả phản hồi của Người sử dụng.

5. Thông tin chung

- Quyền sử dụng ứng dụng Đọc Báo Tùy Thích được cấp miễn phí cho Người sử dụng. Mặc dù chúng tôi sẽ chủ động hỗ trợ Người sử dụng tốt nhất trong quá trình sử dụng, nhưng chúng tôi không có nghĩa vụ cung cấp các chế độ bảo hành, chế độ hỗ trợ và các chế độ tương tự cho người sử dụng. Người sử dụng không được quyền yêu cầu bất cứ chế độ bảo hành, chế độ hỗ trợ và các chế độ tương tự nào.

- Bản thỏa thuận này được thực thi theo luật pháp của nước Cộng hòa Xã hội Chủ nghĩa Việt Nam. Nếu có bất cứ thắc mắc gì, Người sử dụng hãy liên lạc với Ngoc qua địa chỉ Email: uniapp99@gmail.com.
6. Điều khoản khác
- Chúng tôi có quyền thay đổi các điều kiện trong điều khoản sử dụng này bất cứ khi nào, bất cứ ở đâu và vì bất kỳ lý do gì.  Bạn có trách nghiệm thường xuyên ghé thăm trang này để xem các cập nhật nếu có, nếu bạn tiếp tục sử dụng ứng dụng có nghĩa là bạn đồng ý với các điền khoản mới nhất này.
